Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking an Executive Host to manage strategic relationships with a VIP group on property. You will drive account development and service with a focus on growth, delivering personalized experiences for our top guests by blending in-person and phone-based outreach.

The role requires strong customer service, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure high-end, seamless experiences for VIP guests and event

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to obtain and retain a gaming license.
• College degree preferred, or 3–5 years of prior experience in a casino, hotel, guest service, host or other account management in gaming.
• Salesforce knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate gaming revenue by developing VIP accounts and leveraging active databases with creative marketing.
• Build loyalty among VIP customers through relationship-building and upscale sales techniques.
• Maintain relationships with VIP guests via phone and in person to maximize revenue goals.
• Lead VIP events on- and off-property and coordinate with relevant departments for seamless service.
• Respond to guest needs with proactive service, including transportation and accommodations as needed.
• Ensure compliant, professional handling of all guest interactions and escalate issues when required.
