Job summary

Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel is seeking a Hotel VIP Guest Service Agent to be the primary point of contact for distinguished guests, ensuring an exceptional and tailored stay from arrival to departure.

You will register VIP guests, settle accounts, and coordinate with related departments to deliver extraordinary guest experiences, while upholding hotel policies and maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate required.
• Some college or college degree preferred. Degree in hospitality management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and outgoing personality.
• 2+ years experience in a service industry, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to utilize computer software and hardware required; 35 wpm typing and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Register VIP guests upon arrival and departure with accurate information and billing.
• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times and resolve guest complaints.
• Communicate hotel services and VIP arrivals to designated personnel for escort and amenities.
• Document all guest requests, complaints or problems and interact with resort staff professionally.
• Adhere to hotel policies, grooming standards and safety procedures.
