Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of Gaming, Hospitality, or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Pre-employment drug screening and Osage Nation gaming license required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Osage Nation preference applies to all positions.
• Able to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent internal and external guest services, treating guests with courtesy and consideration at all times.
• Cooperates with fellow employees and maintains a positive attitude.
• Maintains knowledge of the property and upcoming events to advise guests and staff.
• Signs up guests for the Player’s Club and issues Player’s Club cards.
• Resolves guest disputes and supports VIP events, tickets, and reports.
• Assists in ticketing, Will Call organization, and daily casino reporting.
