Job summary

Osage Casinos in Tulsa is seeking a Casino Services Attendant responsible for cash handling, check cashing, and issuing Club Osage cards to guests, while promoting membership benefits and ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will balance cash drawers, perform daily reconciliations, assist guests with promotions and events, and maintain file accuracy in the player tracking system, working with a courteous, safety‑minded team. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Gaming, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and obtain gaming license.
• Maintain valid Driver’s License and eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Distribute money to guests via cashing, credit advances, and chip/coin conversion.
• Provide friendly guest service and explain membership benefits and promotions.
• Balance assigned bank and prepare daily cash/transaction records.
• Assist guests with Club Osage cards and tracking system.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
