Job summary

Riviera Dining Group is seeking a Reception & VIP Manager to lead and standardize reception, reservations, and guest arrivals across RDG venues. This role ensures consistent guest welcome, reservation strategy, and host team leadership while supporting operational flow and guest satisfaction across multiple concepts.

Travel between RDG venues is required to oversee reservation systems and reception standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of luxury hospitality, fine dining, or hotel leadership experience.
Experience overseeing multiple venues preferred.
Proficient with reservation platforms (Resy, SevenRooms, OpenTable).
Strong leadership, training, and team development skills.
Operational awareness of restaurant flow and seating strategies.
Excellent communication and guest-focused professionalism.

Responsibilities

Ensure RDG venues maintain a consistent and elevated guest arrival and departure experience aligned with brand standards.
Oversee reservation books and strategies to maximize revenue while preserving service quality.
Lead training, development, and performance standards for host teams across RDG venues.
Coordinate seating flow and cross-functional collaboration between reception, service teams, and kitchen operations.
Travel between RDG locations to audit reception operations and uphold standards across the portfolio.
