Job summary

Rosewood Sand Hill is seeking an experienced housekeeping supervisor to maintain high standards in a luxury hotel environment. You will oversee daily operations, assist the Director when needed, and train staff to uphold exceptional service.

Responsibilities include reporting, schedule creation, inventory, and VIP room supervision. Fluency in English is required, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies, procedures and standards.
• Ensure standards are maintained at a superior level daily.
• Act as Director of Housekeeping when the Director is off-site.
• Complete morning and evening reports; assist with scheduling and key control.
• Train new supervisors and housekeeping staff; assist laundry personnel when needed.
• Inspect all public areas daily and ensure quality.
• Report injuries to security with a written report.
• Supervise VIP room cleaning and inform the Director for inspection.
• Assist in inventory of linens and supplies and prepare weekly department schedule.
• Inform night staff of VIP rooms and special requests; manage other duties as required.
