Responsabilidades

• Manage reservations using Seven Rooms.
• Greet guests warmly on arrival and thank them for dining.
• Seat guests and designate table assignments.
• Maintain professional service attitude and accommodate guests.
• Adjust to changing restaurant needs with flexibility.
• Quote accurate wait times and manage lineups.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service.
• Handle busy periods with calm efficiency.
• Identify VIPs and communicate changes to servers.
• Communicate events or changes that may affect covers.
• Move and lift up to 25 lbs; stand/walk for long periods.
• Adhere to uniform and appearance standards.
