Job summary

Maple Hospitality Group in Scottsdale is looking for a Reservations/Guest Service Associate to join our front-of-house team. You will manage reservations on SevenRooms, greet guests, and coordinate seating with warmth and professionalism to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Excellent communication, punctuality, and the ability to stay composed during busy times are essential. Availability incl�udes weekends/holidays; training and uniforms are provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations on SevenRooms and confirm seating arrangements.
• Greet guests upon arrival and thank them for dining with Maple Hospitality.
• Quote wait times accurately and seat guests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate table assignments and adjust to guest needs during service.
• Maintain a professional appearance and assist teammates as needed.
