Big Al’s is seeking energetic Guest Service Team Members to deliver first-class experiences for guests across bowling, arcade, and food service. You’ll greet guests, assist with gear, handle transactions, and upsell exciting experiences while maintaining a safe and fun environment.

Qualifications

• You’re a people person—friendly, confident, and great face-to-face interaction.
• First-class level of guest service skills.
• Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests like VIPs and help with bowling gear and arcade games.
• Jump in wherever needed (food running, hosting, cleaning, etc.).
• Handle transactions confidently and upsell experiences.
• Promote deals and open/close the venue as needed.
• Keep the venue safe, clean, and fun for all.
