Big Al’s is seekingGuest Service Team Members in Beaverton, OR to create a first-class guest experience. Greet guests, assist with gear and games, handle transactions, and contribute to a safe, clean, and fun environment.

You will promote deals, upsell experiences, and help with opening/closing operations. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, team players who can work weekends, nights, and holidays, with a willingness to learn a POS system and provide outstanding service for a memorable guest

Qualifications

• Has used a POS system before or is willing to learn.
• Strong guest service skills and a friendly, confident demeanor.
• Team player who works well with others and supports a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests like VIPs and assist with bowling gear, arcade games, and more.
• Jump in wherever needed—food running, hosting, cleaning, etc.
