Big Al’s seeks friendly Guest Service Team Members to greet guests, help with bowling gear, and support daily operations in a fast-paced, fun environment. You’ll handle transactions, upsell experiences, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the venue.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or retail environments is preferred.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with bowling gear and arcade games.
• Handle food running, hosting, cleaning and other duties as needed.
• Process transactions accurately and upsell experiences.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
