Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment, a premier bowling and amusements operator, is looking for a friendly Amusement Attendant to greet guests, keep games running smoothly, and serve as the welcoming face of our arcade.

You’ll handle POS tasks, assist guests with play or payment, promote center offerings, and help maintain a clean, safe environment in a fast-paced, part-time role with weekend and evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Solid communication skills.
• Commitment to great guest service.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Ensure that all games are working properly.
• Report major equipment problems to management.
• Assist guests who are having trouble with playing (or paying for) our games.
• Promote all center offerings such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards.
• Unload, stock, and maintain inventory for arcade redemption center.
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area.
