Job summary

Big Al’s in Vancouver, WA is seeking Guest Service Team Members to create a first-class experience for guests. You’ll greet VIP-like guests, assist with bowling gear and arcade games, and jump in with food running, hosting, and cleaning as needed.

You’ll handle transactions confidently, promote deals, and help keep the venue safe, clean, and fun. Weekend, night, and holiday availability is required, with opportunities for growth and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience using a POS system or willingness to learn.
• Friendly, confident face-to-face guest interaction.
• Strong guest service skills and teamwork.
• Ability to upsell and handle transactions.
• Must be able to obtain Food Handlers Certification.
• Availability to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities
