Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking an Executive Host to drive premium guest experiences, build lasting relationships, and support revenue growth. As a visible ambassador, you will engage high-value players, tailor services, and coordinate with departments to ensure memorable visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; four-year degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service, marketing, hospitality management and/or gaming.
• Must obtain and maintain required gaming license per Maryland regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work within budget for premium players and VIP promotions.
• Maintain visibility on the casino floor to greet guests during visits and events.
• Ensure guests have a favorable gaming experience by building trust with hosts.
• Evaluate play for comping needs and issue comps per policy.
• Manage and increase rated play and communicate offers to premium players.
• Coordinate communication between guests and other departments to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee player promotional plans and review activity with leadership.
• Supervise Casino Hosts and participate in departmental meetings.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Works with Management within budget for premium-rated players and VIP promotions.
• Maintains visibility and availability on the casino floor in order to meet and greet guests during individual visits as well as special events.
• Ensure guests have a favorable gaming experience through developing trust and confidence in their player development hosts.
• Evaluate customer’s play for comping needs.
• Issues comps and complimentary items in accordance with property comp matrix, as necessary and authorized.
• Responsible for managing and increasing rated play.
• Communicate with premium/rated players through telemarketing, letter writing about available services, promotional opportunities, and special events.
• Coordinates the lines of communication between guests and other departments to ensure quest satisfaction.
• Coordinates, and implements player promotional plans, processes, and programs.
• Review activities and promotional status with the Director/Vice President of Player Development.
• Meet with departmental director and managers as necessary.
• Supervise Casino Hosts.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Education:
  • High school Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A four (4) year degree in Marketing, Business, and or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience:
  • Two (2) to Five (5) years of experience in customer service, marketing, hospitality management and/or gaming.
  • Two (2) to four (4) years’ experience in casino marketing, with direct customer contact preferably in the casino or hospitability industry.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
