Job summary

Brooklyn Bowl Nashville, a premier venue in the Live Nation family, seeks a passionate VIP Host to manage VIP guests from inquiry to fulfillment. You will work closely with the VIP Lead and Lead Ops Manager to ensure flawless premium experiences and exceptional guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has experience with high-end hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to handle dynamic, late-night shows. Join a team that values guest relations and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and/or VIP Night club operations and high-end guest relations.
• Experience in selling to high-end, VIP clients.
• Ability to diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Attention to detail, outgoing personality, sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.
• Strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell VIP Upgrades, priority entry & various premium upgrade products to concert patrons on nights of shows.
• VIP Hosts will handle night of sale from inquiry, payment processing, to experience fulfillment.
• Check In, escort, and anticipate VIP client needs throughout their venue visit to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with VIP clients.
• Coordinate operations on night of shows with VIP Lead to ensure premium experiences are delivered.
• Execute nightly VIP setup to include check In, VIP seating areas and VIP area signage as needed.
