Job summary
Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas is seeking a passionate VIP Host to provide exceptional service for VIP guests, guiding them from inquiry through to an unforgettable experience. The role reports to the VIP Lead and works with the General Manager and Event Sales Team to ensure premium experiences.
The candidate will sell upgrades, coordinate night-of-show operations, maintain grooming standards, and build lasting relationships with Foundation Room members and VIP clients in a fast-paced venue setting.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience selling to high-end VIP clients.
- Ability to diffuse volatile situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willing to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in high-end restaurant or VIP nightclub operations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Sell VIP upgrades and premium experiences to concert patrons.
- Handle inquiries, payments, and fulfillment of VIP services.
- Train and manage team members to execute processes.
- Check-in and escort VIP clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Build relationships with Foundation Room members and VIP clients.
- Coordinate operations with VIP Supervisors on show nights.
