Sbe-Restaurant-Group at Katsuya Century City is seeking a Runner/Bussers to support a fast‑paced, high‑end dining room. You will clear tables, transport plates and glassware to the kitchen, keep water glasses full, and reset tables for the next service.

You will assist servers with delivering food, restocking utensils and napkins, and performing opening, running and closing side work. The ideal candidate has a hospitality-driven attitude, polished appearance, and strong multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in high-end, service-focused environment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Able to stand for an 8-hour shift and perform side work.
• Able to lift and carry 25-50 pounds.
• Must be able to work inside and outside at all times of the year as needed.

Responsabilités

• Cleans tables and takes plates, utensils and drinkware to the kitchen.
• Keeps water glasses full and resets tables for the next service.
• Assists servers by delivering food to tables.
• Restocks utensils, napkins and other dining room supplies.
