Katsuya Century City, part of sbe, is seeking a Busser to maintain a clean, well-stocked dining environment and support the service team in a fast-paced setting in Los Angeles, CA.

Ideal candidates have hospitality-driven attitudes, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask while delivering attentive guest experiences. This part-time, on-site role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a high-end dining environment.
• Employee must maintain current status of required certificates, licenses, or registrations when required.
• ANSI approved Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service certificate recognized by the ABC.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a seamless guest experience.
• Sets and resets tables according to standard before, during and after service.
• Welcomes customers professionally and courteously.
• Communicates with management and staff to address customer needs.
• Cleans spills immediately and uses signage as needed.
• Performs opening, running, and closing side work.
