Job summary

Signature Aviation in Miami seeks a Guest Experience Specialist to warmly welcome guests and crews, coordinating services with care and professionalism. You’ll operate in a dynamic, hospitality-driven environment near aircraft, ensuring a smooth, memorable visit for VIPs and crews.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and service standards across our facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• At least 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality or sales.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Able to pass airport background checks and security requirements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and crews; escort to front entrance, aircraft, or vehicles.
• Collaborate with team and transfer information between guests, PAT, and other departments.
• Receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions; assist with basic accounting.
• Provide concierge services: hotels, ground transportation, catering, and appointments.
• Manage guest inquiries, resolve requests, and address billing disputes efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature’s facilities, services, and surrounding areas.
• Monitor flights and coordinate services with the Airside Experience Team; log events in SIGops/SIGnet.
