Job summary

The Langham, Chicago is seeking a Service Stylist/Guest Service Ambassador to warmly welcome guests, escort them through the lobby, and ensure a seamless arrival and check-in experience.

Responsibilities include recognizing repeat guests and VIPs by name, coordinating with departments for in-room amenities, and assisting with luggage during peak check-in/out times, while maintaining Forbes service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in the hospitality industry or guest relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort arriving guests from front entrance to Reception Desk.
• Provide warm, personalized greeting and seamless check-in assistance.
• Recognize repeat guests and VIPs by name and tailor service accordingly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to prepare rooms and amenities.
• Assist with luggage and manage flow of guests during peak times.
