Job summary

The Langham Chicago is seeking a seasoned Front Office Manager to supervise Guest Reception, Concierge, and related front-of-house teams. You will drive staff development, uphold Langham Chicago service standards and ensure impeccable guest arrivals and departures in line with Forbes standards.

Responsibilities include implementing training programs, maintaining interdepartmental communication, and enforcing policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years Front Office / Front of House management experience in a luxury hotel.
• Proficiency in Langham standards, brand standards and Forbes service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth, professional operation of all front of house areas.
• Enforce policies and procedures; ensure training and development of colleagues.
• Lead guest reception upsell program with clear targets and incentives.
• Coordinate with departments; maintain department communications.
• Train staff on defect resolution, service standards, and emergency procedures.
