Job summary
The Langham, Chicago is seeking a Service Stylist/Guest Service Ambassador to warmly welcome arriving guests and escort them to the Reception Desk, ensuring a seamless and personalized check-in experience. You will recognize VIPs by name and provide attentive service throughout the guest’s stay.
Responsibilities include assisting with luggage, coordinating with housekeeping, and maintaining knowledge of hotel amenities to tailor experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in the hospitality industry or similar guest-facing role.
- Previous guest relations training or experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Escort guests from the front entrance to the Reception Desk.
- Greet guests with warmth and personalize check-in by using their name.
- Acknowledge repeat guests and VIPs with a professional, warm farewell.
- Assist with luggage delivery and escorting during peak check-in/out times.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services and amenities to tailor guest experiences.
- Be mobile throughout the hotel, engaging with guests on multiple floors.
