Job summary
Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a bus greeter to deliver quality service to slot players and guests at the Rewards Center. You will welcome customers, assist with card sign-ups, and explain benefits, promotions and casino amenities.
This union position offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities. You must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with exposure to smoke where applicable.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience in a customer service environment.
- Able to work in an environment with alcohol and tobacco exposure.
- Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by regulatory entities.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers at the Live! Rewards Center.
- Assist with new card sign-ups using handheld devices and desktop computers.
- Greet guests in the VIP Room and ensure they enjoy their experience.
- Inform members of benefits, contests and promotions.
- Replace lost club cards.
- Distribute promotional items per guidelines.
- Assist with payment of slot jackpots, ticket fills and equipment jams.
- Repair minor slot machine malfunctions.
- Notify technicians when machine issues require attention.
- Provide courteous, professional guest service and answer questions.
- Adhere to internal controls and comp matrix; perform other duties as assigned.
