Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts in Louisville seeks a guest liaison for Select Guests to build proactive relationships with members and act as their advocate and primary contact for program needs.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, coordinating requests and amenities via In-Room Dining, and promoting loyalty enrollment while coordinating with Front Office and other departments. Strong hospitality and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hospitality experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in high customer contact environment.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment and follow through on guest requests.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor and strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work at a computer workstation for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable experiences for Select Guests during their stay.
• Welcome Select Guests upon arrival and ensure all requests are met throughout their stay.
• Resolve concerns or issues with Select Guest, communicating needs to hotel departments.
• Arrange Select Guest and special occasion amenities via In-Room Dining.
• Conduct Loyalty Program training with Front Office and hotel associates.
• Conduct monthly Loyalty meetings with hotel associates.
• Promote the Select Guest program to guests that are currently not members.
• Conduct guestroom inspections prior to Select Guest arrival.
• Develop relationships with Select Guests and serve as their point of contact for any hotel or program questions.
• Assist in Front Office operations as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
• Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained.
• Be actively engaged with our guests and deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Create unique, personalized WOW moments at every opportunity.
• Maintain reader files for upcoming meetings, VIP guests, meetings and events.
