Job summary

Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, CA, seeks a Loyalty Ambassador to act as the primary liaison for Select Guests, building proactive personal relationships and ensuring superior service during their stay.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with multiple hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year hospitality experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment, follow through on guest requests, and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable experiences for Select Guests during their stay.
• Welcome Select Guests upon arrival and meet their requests throughout their stay.
• Resolve concerns or issues for Select Guests and communicate needs to hotel departments.
• Arrange Select Guest amenities via In-Room Dining.
• Conduct Loyalty Program training with Front Office and hotel associates.
• Hold monthly Loyalty meetings with hotel staff.
• Promote the Select Guest program to non-members and maintain inventories.
• Perform guestroom inspections prior to Select Guest arrival.
• Be the point of contact for Select Guests for hotel or program questions.
• Assist Front Office operations as needed.
