Job summary

Omni Interlocken Resort is seeking a friendly, motivated Loyalty and Arrival Experience Ambassador to welcome Select Guests and VIPs, building proactive relationships and acting as the advocate and contact for all Select Guests during their stay.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, addressing requests, coordinating amenities, training colleagues on loyalty programs, and promoting member enrollment while maintaining high service standards and professionalism throughout all interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year hotel front desk/hospitality experience.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Previous experience in high customer contact environment; with previous experience answering customer questions and handling customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable experiences for Select Guests, VIPs and Special Occasion Guests during their stay.
• Welcome these guests upon arrival and ensure all their requests and needs are met throughout their stay.
• Resolve any concerns or issues with these guests, communicating any needs or special requests to fellow hotel departments.
• Arrange Select Guest and special occasion amenities via In-Room Dining.
• Conduct Loyalty Program training with other Front Office and hotel associates.
• Conduct monthly Loyalty meetings with relevant hotel associates.
• Promote the Select Guest program to guests that are currently not members.
