Hotel Paso Del Norte in El Paso, TX seeks a Guest Relations Ambassador to elevate the guest experience and foster brand loyalty through personalized service.

You will coordinate arrivals and departures, greet VIPs, manage guest preferences, and act as a liaison with Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B, and Reservations to ensure seamless stays.

Strong English communication, professional appearance, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills and calculator use for moderately complex calculations.
• Ability to listen effectively and speak English clearly to customers and team members and prepare written complex reports of room availability and revenues.
• Must have coordinating skills for time, place, and sequence of operations.
• Ability to analyze information and make judgments.
• Neat, clean, well-groomed appearance per standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium guest service throughout the guest journey and anticipate needs.
• Review arrivals to identify VIPs and repeat travelers; greet VIPs and be their point of contact.
• Provide personalized services for guests with disabilities, elderly patrons, children, and loyalty members.
• Record and share guest preferences to personalize stays.
• Coordinate VIP and special occasion amenities with F&B, Culinary, and Housekeeping.
• Drive loyalty program enrollments and communicate elite benefits.
• Oversee check-in/check-out procedures and handle transactions.
• Maintain daily shift communications and reports for leadership.
• Review room availability, luggage storage, and arrivals/departures for pre-arrival prep.
• Maintain guest privacy and payment security.
