Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach associates to brand standards and HHM values.
• Evaluate performance and conformance to regulations; recommend personnel actions.
• Review occupancy, payroll, and guest service scores to verify details and drive improvements.
• Be aware of and communicate guest service scores to drive improvement and higher guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and issue work schedules and assignments for front office staff.
• Analyze department finances and provide input into budget planning and preparation.
• Follow sustainability guidelines of HHM’s EarthView program and safety standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction and perform other duties as requested by management.
