Job summary

The Nugget Casino Resort is seeking a VIP Services Representative responsible for delivering a personalized experience to VIP guests. You will coordinate VIP services, manage events, and maintain strong relationships across departments to ensure a superior guest experience.

Responsibilities include managing VIP profiles in CRM, coordinating hotel and dining bookings, and supporting exclusive events, all while adhering to gaming regulations and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Minimum 2 years VIP services, luxury hospitality, or guest relations experience.
• Casino operations and event planning experience preferred.
• Employee Gaming registration is required.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clientele providing personalized assistance and catering to their specific needs.
• Coordinate VIP services including hotel accommodations, check-ins, dining reservations, events and other amenities.
• Collaborate with hotel, dining, entertainment and concierge to ensure seamless delivery of VIP services.
• Assist in executing exclusive events, tournaments and promotions tailored to VIP guests.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of VIP guest profiles and interactions using the CRM.
• Report VIP activities, trends and feedback and identify areas for revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and maintain confidentiality.
• Represent Nugget in VIP events with professional on-site support.
• Maintain attendance, safety and a positive image for the Nugget.
