Job summary

The Plaza Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas seeks a VIP Guest Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional, personalized service to high-limit guests. You will manage guest accounts, reservations, transportation, and interdepartmental support while ensuring compliance with gaming controls and regulations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with hosts, processing cash transactions, and assisting with tax documentation for qualifying jackpot payouts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a guest-facing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a VIP-level service environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required Nevada Gaming Control Board registrations and work cards.
• Basic math skills and the ability to accurately handle cash transactions and maintain accountability for assigned funds.
• Ability to follow internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies related to gaming transactions and guest financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, high-touch service to high-limit guests in the High Limit area.
• Manage and maintain guest loyalty accounts and related systems.
• Create, modify, and manage guest reservations for hotel rooms, dining, entertainment, transportation, and other services.
• Exercise sound judgment when reviewing player activity to issue complimentary services within guidelines.
• Coordinate guest needs with Casino Hosts and internal departments to ensure timely service.
