The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a Bell Person to greet guests, escort them to rooms, and familiarize them with hotel features and services. The role includes handling luggage, delivering newspapers, and assisting guests with requests while maintaining a clean lobby and work area.

Required is a high school degree (preferred) and at least one year of bell-person or customer service experience. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• High school degree preferred.
• Minimum one year experience as a Bell person.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet all guests in the lobby in a warm and professional manner, making them feel welcome.
• Recognize returning and VIP guests and welcome them back.
• Escort guests to their accommodations and inform them about room features and hotel amenities.
• Assist guests with luggage and acknowledge them by name.
• Deliver morning newspapers to occupied rooms and make deliveries as instructed.
• Store and retrieve luggage and assist guests with requests.
• Be aware of daily hotel activities, group and VIP arrivals; communicate needs to Concierge/Front Office.
• Maintain clean and presentable lobby, bell closet and work areas.
