The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables seeks a friendly Bell Person to greet guests, escort them to their rooms and introduce hotel features and services. You will also ensure the lobby and bell area stay clean while staying attentive to VIP guests and communicating needs to other staff.

You will assist guests with luggage, deliver newspapers, answer phones, and coordinate with the Concierge and Front Office while maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor.

• Be aware of daily hotel activities, group, and VIP arrivals.
