Job summary

MGM Resorts in Las Vegas is seeking a Clerk Deposit Groups to support VIP reservations and group bookings. You will analyze play data, manage reservations, and liaise with hosts, executives, and sales teams to ensure accurate records and seamless guest experiences.

The role requires a high school diploma and 21+ age, with the ability to work weekends/holidays. Competitive hourly starting rate and comprehensive perks accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Analyze casino play to establish comp profiles for reservations.
• Process reservations and requests from guests, hosts, executives, and departments.
• Assist hosts and executives with reservations and information requests.
• Handle inbound calls and book slot tournaments and direct marketing packages.
• Coordinate with sales and meeting planners for group room blocks.
• Communicate with Convention and Leisure Sales about wholesale blocks.
• Monitor cutoff dates to protect convention group rates.
• Review convention booking details for accuracy in the system.
