Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Clerk Deposit Groups to support VIP and group reservations. You will analyze casino play, create comp profiles, and process requests from guests, hosts, executives, and sales teams.

The role requires flexible shifts, strong communication, and a customer-first approach. You will collaborate with convention and leisure sales teams, manage room blocks, and ensure accurate reservation records while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• 6+ months of experience in Casino Marketing or VIP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes casino play and establishes comp profiles for guest reservations.
• Processes reservations and requests from guests, hosts, executives, Sales Department, and branch offices.
• Assists casino hosts and executives with reservations and information requests.
• Answers in-bound calls and books Slot Tournament reservations and Direct Marketing Packages.
• Acts as liaison between reservations and meeting planners or wholesale companies.
