Job summary

Zynga Inc. in Chicago, IL is seeking a VIP Account Manager to retain and reactivate high-value players, develop new VIP customers, and drive revenue through player lifetime value improvements.

The role requires proactive outbound communication, strong customer service or account management background, and the ability to manage a large VIP base with strategic, data-informed engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Extensive customer service experience.
• Excellent telephone skills – able to handle high call volume (90+ per day).
• Customer-focused with ability to generate revenue from personal relationships.
• 3+ years of customer service or account management experience.
• Willingness to travel; some weekends or evenings may be required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and develop relationships with VIP players; reach more than 125 contacts daily via phone/email.
• Act as liaison between high-value players and the studio to resolve bugs and maintain retention.
• Deliver highest level of sales and operational customer service through a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Studios, promotions) to drive revenue growth for VIP base.
• Utilize data-driven workflows to increase engagement and revenue in the VIP base.
• Analyze campaign performance statistics for the VIP base.
• Build and present consultative engagement and reactivation materials with the Senior Director.
• Contribute to RFP documentation for VIP-driven features to boost revenue.
• Exceed annual productivity, quality, CSAT, reactivation and engagement targets.
