Qualifications

• College Degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Extensive Customer Service experience.
• 3 or more years of customer service or account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with VIP players and act as a trusted consultant.
• Increase player lifetime value and revenue for assigned VIP customers.
• Engage in proactive outbound communication to grow the VIP base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth for VIPs.
• Analyze campaign performance statistics for VIP base.
• Deliver high-level communication and presentations to re-engage VIPs.
• Co-create engagement presentations using market trends and VIP research.
• Contribute to RFP documentation for VIP-driven features.
• Meet or exceed annual productivity, quality, CSAT, and reactivation goals.
