Bar Sprezzatura, located in the Heathman Hotel in Portland, seeks a Restaurant Revenue & Experiences Manager to maximize topline revenue through private dining, group sales, and on-site activations. Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you will optimize reservations, forecast sales, and elevate brand visibility in the market.

The role intersects sales, guest experience, marketing, and operations, requiring strategic foresight and hands-on leadership to ensure every seat and opportunity

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality, event sales, or VIP guest relations.
Ability to manage large-party pipelines and optimize reservations.
Strong marketing instincts with activations experience.
Ability to interpret financial and guest data to drive revenue decisions.
Excellent professional communication and client relations skills.
