Job summary

Heathman Hotel in Portland, OR, is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Bar Sprezzatura. You will be a hands-on leader in the dining room, driving service excellence, sales, and team development, working with the GM and AGM to uphold the standards of a 1-star Michelin establishment.

You will mentor staff, manage front of house operations, and ensure guest relations with impeccable hospitality. The role demands strong communication, multitasking, and a deep knowledge of food and wine.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a fine dining high volume restaurant, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols.
• Experience in staff training and strategic selling techniques.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
• Have the stamina to work in excess of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front of house operations with a hands-on approach in a high-end dining setting.
• Drive sales, guest relations, and staff development in collaboration with the GM and AGM.
