Qualifications

• Full knowledge of casino operations and marketing required.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Must possess strong communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is necessary.
• Gaming license by the Nevada Gaming Control Board is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting process and strategic planning for Player Development.
• Plan VIP events and oversee Casino Host goals.
• Provide financial analysis for VIP events.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
• Maintain relationships with VIP guests.
