Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino Lake Tahoe is hiring a server to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will greet guests, take orders, upsell beverages and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications include at least 2 years in a high-volume restaurant, excellent English, and ability to stand and carry trays. The role is on site with tipping, and benefits include PTO, 401K, and employee discounts.

• Minimum two-years’ experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must have great people skills and a clean appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within 45 seconds and take orders with accuracy.
• Deliver food and beverages using trays, maintaining safety.
• Upsell featured items and ensure guest satisfaction throughout service.
• Check on guests during dining to address requests and ensure happiness.
• Keep tables and dining areas clean and well stocked.
