Job summary

Brooklyn Bowl Nashville is hiring a VIP Host to elevate the guest experience for premium patrons during events. You will manage inquiries, escort VIP guests, and coordinate with the VIP Lead to deliver elite seating and services.

The role requires selling VIP upgrades, maintaining high standards, and a friendly, diplomatic approach to guest relations, with flexibility for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to high-end VIP clients
• Ability to diffuse volatile situations with tact and diplomacy
• Exemplary attention to detail, outgoing personality, sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
• Must be flexible to work extend hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in high-end restaurant operations and/or VIP nightlife operations is preferred

Responsibilities

• Sell VIP upgrades, priority entry & premium products to concert patrons on show nights
• Handle night-of-sale from inquiry, payment processing, to experience fulfillment
• Check in, escort, and anticipate VIP client needs throughout their venue visit
• Build strong relationships with VIP clients
• Coordinate night-of-show operations with VIP Lead to ensure premium experiences are delivered
