Qualifications

• Valid ABC Card required.
• Able to lift 20-50 pounds repeatedly.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work later hours.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude.
• Ability to work closely and efficiently with others.
• Prolonged standing and moving around the venue.
• Tolerance of diverse cultures, music, and art forms.

Responsibilities

• Provide all stages of food and beverage service in the restaurant, bowling area, bar, or other venue spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of dining/service areas to standards.
• Greet guests and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Answer guest questions and fulfill requests promptly.
• Know menu items and specials including ingredients and preparation.
• Ensure utensils and condiments are available for meals.
• Take and process orders, enter into POS accurately.
• Handle payments and end-of-service duties following standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen/management on special requests.
