Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa seeks a Casino Host to build and maintain relationships with high-value guests, coordinating all VIP experiences from reservations to promotions. You will act as the brand ambassador, delivering personalized service and driving loyalty and visitation.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, event hosting ability, and experience with guest tracking systems, in a fast-paced resort environment. Flexible hours and on-site work are typical.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years in guest services, player development, or similar hospitality role.

Responsibilities

• Greets hosted guests and provides superior service on and off property.
• Maintains strong relationships with VIP players and evaluates activity for eligibility of comps.
• Responds to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinates hotel, dining, transportation, spa, golf, and other VIP arrangements.
• Promotes Morongo Rewards Card and encourages rated play.
• Hosts VIP events, tournaments, and off-site functions as needed.
• Collaborates with hotel, food & beverage, and marketing teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
