Job summary

Bear River Casino Resort in Loleta, CA is seeking a Marketing Host to increase play from a targeted guest group. You will connect with guests via calls, written communication, texts and social media on a regular basis to build loyalty and drive revenue.

The role involves outreach to VIP players, attending events, tracking visits, and coordinating accommodations while ensuring quality guest service and accuracy in reporting. Knowledge of CRM practices and customer data is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum education and experience requirements listed in the posting.
• Two years casino experience or related sales experience is acceptable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Speak with targeted players in person and by phone to market promotions and events.
• Telemarket new and inactive customers by mail/phone and analyze results.
• Develop customer data sheets to retain pertinent information for relationships.
• Greet targeted guests on the floor, at events, and during promotions.
• Track visits, arrange accommodations and provide compliments per guidelines.
• Approve and monitor comp issuance while protecting rewards.
• Attend VIP/Targeted events to interact with invited players.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Meet daily phone/letter goals for high-end players and drive revenue.
• Assist in planning and hosting events on and off property.
