Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in VIP hosting, outbound sales, relationship management or marketing.
- Experience in casino, sports, hospitality and/or entertainment preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Competitive sales mindset with hunter's drive and closing ability.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
- Willingness to travel ~25% for VIP events.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of high-value VIPs and deliver 1:1 relationships.
- Grow share of wallet across casino, sports betting and beyond.
- Onboard new VIPs from competitors.
- Win back inactive players with timely offers.
- Create unforgettable moments with exclusive experiences.
- Beat targets by growing revenue, deposits and active players.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, CRM and Operations on campaigns.
- Monitor player well-being and support Responsible Gaming.
- Share insights on market trends and product ideas.
