Responsibilities

• Sell Boxes and reserved seating before shows and meet monthly sales goal.
• Be present at shows to upsell VIP inventory to concert patrons.
• Assist VIP clients with venue experience details and timing of arrivals.
• Coordinate show-night operations with Ops Director, servers and security.
• Maintain professional grooming standards and act as VIP liaison.
• Build strong relationships with VIP clients and anticipate their needs.
