Responsibilities

• Recognize VIPs and assist with patronage.
• Inform guests about seating and act as info resource in VIP areas.
• Coordinate timing of supporting acts and headliners.
• Support various positions and communicate to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain contact with manager and staff regarding arrivals.
• Monitor VIP area ambiance.
• Communicate effectively with audience.
• Present professional appearance.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and provide superior service.
