• Identify, plan, and execute projects to enhance executive support operations and customer experience.
• Manage crisis escalations with cross-functional partners to resolve complex issues.
• Engage partners to improve third-party app experiences for Meta's executives.
• Create and update documentation related to executive support operations.
• Develop tooling and automation benefiting Meta and partners.
• Apply VR/AR/MR and AI knowledge to support VIP demos.
• Train and mentor teammates to grow their skills.
• Travel globally up to 25% for leadership events.
