Job summary

Metagenics is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to provide dedicated, high-touch IT support to executive leadership and VIP users in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role serves as the New Jersey office’s local IT contact, handling on-site and remote needs, including after-hours support as required.

The ideal candidate brings strong endpoint and application support expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to manage escalations independently while collaborating

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of IT support or executive support experience.
• Proven experience supporting C-level executives.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with AD/Entra ID and MDM (Intune, JAMF).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch, VIP IT support to C-level executives and other VIP users.
• Serve as primary contact for executive technology needs, ensuring rapid response and resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues across executive endpoints.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps, Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
• Manage access with AD/Entra ID and enforce security policies including MFA.
• Track incidents and changes using ITSM (e.g., Jira Service Management).
• Support executive meetings and on-site events, including AV setups.
• Communicate resolutions clearly to executives and collaborate with IT teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve executive IT support processes and documentation.
