Job summary

The University of Miami Health System (UHealth) IT Department has a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Sr. Executive Endpoint & VIP Support Specialist on the Medical Campus in Miami, Florida.

You will deliver white-glove, high-touch endpoint, mobile, and audiovisual support to senior leaders, including the President and Provost, acting as the primary escalation point for complex issues. This role requires strong communication, autonomous problem solving, and collaboration across IT, security,

Qualifications

Associate degree required.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide dedicated, high-touch technical support to executives and VIPs; act as primary escalation point for complex endpoint, mobile, and presentation issues.
Understand executive technology preferences and workflows; identify risks and opportunities to enhance productivity.
Coordinate complex travel-related technology needs and support executive offices and residences.
Lead cross-functional escalations across IT, security, applications, vendors, and leadership teams to ensure timely resolution.
